I am inspired by the ever-changing forms and patterns in my surroundings, particularly the mountains and the sea, and seek to show the beauty and power of nature through my work.

I have worked primarily with hot glass but in the past year have developed an additional range of stained glass pieces whose colour and style, I believe, reflect and capture the freshness of my original glass designs.

I am fascinated by the interplay of light, reflection and especially colour on the landscape. Glass as a medium allows my designs to explore and capture these ever-changing moments transforming them into abstract sculptural shapes and forms.

My glass pieces are made using traditional blown, or stained glass techniques, working with the natural materials to create the desired form. Whilst letting the colours speak for themselves and creating their own unique movement in the glass whilst reflecting the changing patterns in nature around us.
