​I love to create colourful textile images including pictures, cushions and cards. My inspiration is my love of nature and my own photographs.

 

I employ various mediums, including hand-painted thickened dyes, appliqué, needle felting and free motion stitching. (Also draw with coloured pencils.)

 

Graduated with a BA (Honours) Degree in Design: Illustration and a FdA in Digital Media from Wrexham Art College. Initially, working in local government as a draughtsperson.

 

Past Exhibition Venues:

- Libraries and N.T. Bodnant Garden with the Embroiderers Guild. (Commissioned by Bodnant to create a textile art piece displayed in their reception.)

- Pen Sychnant Conservation Centre - Most recently in their 2024/25 Art Exhibitions.

- Sold work in the RCA Cambrian Art Society shop, Conwy.
